Passover

Passover is a jewish holiday, and they celebrate
it for a whole week..
The holiday is about the commemoration of their liberation  over 3300 years ago by God from slavery in old Egypt that was ruled by the Pharaohs, and their birth as a nation under the  leadership of Moses. It commemorates the story of the Exodus as described in the Hebrew Bible especially in the Book of Exodus, in which the Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt
They have 2 seders (order, in english), where they read the Haggadah, that is a book with the history of the freedom of the jewish people, and then they have dinner, where they eat food without wheat flour and baking powder like Gefilte fish, matza and farfalle.
In the end of the dinner the children have to find the affikoman, who finds it, wins a present.
